11月19日，香港"串谋颠覆国家政权罪案"在香港西九龙裁判法院判刑，此案是香港首宗颠覆国家政权案件，45名反中乱港分子涉颠覆国家政权罪被判刑。
法官宣判，戴耀廷因串谋颠覆国家政权罪被判入狱10年；黄之锋被判入狱56个月；区诺轩被判入狱6年9个月；赵家贤及钟锦麟获判7年及6年一个月。
