美国联邦检察官当地时间周五表示，Archegos Capital Management创始人Bill Hwang应被判处21年监禁，因其实施市场操纵计划令其360亿美元的公司倒闭，并使其贷款机构损失逾100亿美元。现年60岁的Hwang于今年7月被判证券和电信欺诈以及共谋敲诈勒索等10项刑事指控罪名成立，将于11月20日在曼哈顿联邦法院接受宣判。（路透）
