国家海洋预报台11月13日08时发布海浪蓝色警报：受今年第23号台风“桃芝”（热带风暴级）的影响，预计：11月13日中午到14日中午，南海北部将出现3.5到5.5米的大浪到巨浪区；广东近岸海域将出现2到3.4米的中浪到大浪，近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。
