11月4日，全国企业破产重整案件信息网发布江苏省徐州市贾汪区人民法院的案件移送管辖公告。
公告称，本院于2024年8月13日裁定受理徐州德龙金属科技有限公司破产重整一案。2024年10月30日，我院依法将该案移送至江苏省响水县人民法院管辖。
