重污染天气橙色预警的通告
禁止高油耗、高排放车辆进入建成区道路行驶。
城市主城区、县(市、区)城区及以外3公里范围内，以柴油为燃料的非道路工程机械停止使用，过境重型柴油货车绕行城市(县城)最外侧环线。
