【紫金矿业拟收购秘鲁 LaArena 铜金矿】 11 月 7 日讯，紫金矿业发布公告称，拟收购泛美白银旗下秘鲁 LaArena 铜金矿项目 100%权益。 其中核心的二期项目保有铜资源量 278.5 万吨、金资源量 196.5 吨。收购对价包括交割时一次性支付 2.45 亿美元，以及二期项目商业化生产后 5000 万美元的或有付款和二期 1.5%黄金净冶炼收益的权益金。
