近期，星展银行（中国）有限公司发现，有不法分子使用“星展”、“丰盛慈善”及“基金会”等名称，冒充公司名义，制作和传播仿冒网站、虚假APP、抖音，以慈善捐助等理由，诱导公众钱财，进行诈骗活动。上述非法活动不仅侵害了消费者的合法权益，同时也严重侵害了公司的合法权利。为此，公司郑重声明如下：
