财联社11月4日电，陕西省商洛市召开优化调整住房公积金政策新闻发布会。会上提出，商洛市将调整首套、二套住房公积金贷款首付比例。购买商洛市行政区域内首套、二套住房的家庭，住房公积金贷款最低首付款比例由首套20%、二套30%，统一调整为15%。缴存家庭使用公积金贷款购买自住住房的，偿还贷款最高年龄由男65周岁、女60周岁，调整为男68周岁、女63周岁，或不超过职工法定退休年龄后5年。最高贷款期限仍为30年。 (澎湃)
