10月31日，足协公布了中国注册球员数量，目前中国共有53.9万名注册球员。
在公布结果后，就有球迷在评论区刷江苏省教育厅要求各学校60%学生注册成球员的图片。
其实该图片是2019年的旧闻，同时当时江苏省教育厅还进行了辟谣。
