香港中原地产公布的数据显示，2024年前三季度，香港新房、二手私人住宅市场共录得33915宗买卖登记，共计成交金额3093亿元。其中，“普通话拼音买家”成交录得8133宗，占比24%，涉及金额达906亿港元，两项数据均创历史新纪录，这也相当于平均每名内地买家花费逾1100万港元入市。去年同期数据分别为4854宗及633亿港元。
