财联社10月26日电，中金公司发布公告，就此前因涉嫌上海思尔芯技术股份有限公司IPO保荐业务未勤勉尽责被证监会立案一事，公司称，已收到证监会《行政处罚事先告知书》，证监会拟对公司责令改正，给予警告，罚没800万元。同时，对该项目直接负责的两名主管人员分别处以150万元罚款。中金公司在公告中表示，公司诚恳接受处罚，切实以案为鉴，强化全面整改。
