10月25日上午，贵州省贵阳市中级人民法院再次认定余华英犯罪情节特别严重，社会危害性极大，依法判决被告人余华英犯拐卖儿童罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。余华英当庭表示上诉。
该案被害人杨妞花表示，会等最终判决书，再次回贵州织金老家拿到坟头给爸妈看，这一次先不回去。
