智通财经APP讯，南华集团控股(00413)发布公告，于2024年10月24日，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司Welbeck Holdings Limited)拟向买方(Splendid Enterprises Limited)出售目标公司的全部已发行股本，代价为1.85亿港元。
目标公司A(Poben Consultants Limited)实益拥有17个A级船位，包括：10个船位(用于长度不超过45英呎的船只);3个船位(用于长度不超过50英呎的船只);2个船位(用于长度不超过60英呎的船只);及2个船位(用于长度不超过70英呎的船只)，以及2张公司债券及15张个人债券。
目标公司B(Pok Lake Profits Limited)实益拥有23个B级船位、15张公司债券及8张个人债券。
目标公司C(Tripstowe Management Limited)实益拥有5个乾泊位及5张个人债券。
