中国贸易救济信息网消息，10月22日，美国商务部发布公告，对进口自中国的铝制餐具（Disposable Aluminum Containers, Pans, Trays, and Lids））作出反补贴初裁，初步裁定Henan Aluminium Corporation税率为78.12%、Zhejiang Acumen Living Technology Co., Ltd.因未参与应诉，税率为312.91%、中国其他生产商/出口商的税率为78.12%。美国商务部预计将于2025年3月4日作出反补贴终裁。本案涉及美国海关编码7615.10.7125项下产品。
2024年6月6日，美国商务部对进口自中国的铝制餐具发起反倾销和反补贴调查。
