财联社10月21日电，碧桂园服务在港交所公告称，罗兵咸永道已同意辞任公司核数师，自2024年10月21日起生效。董事会已决议委任德勤关黄陈方会计师行为本公司核数师，自2024年10月21日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任後出现之临时空缺，任期直至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
