证券时报e公司讯，众兴菌业(002772)10月18日晚间公告，公司全资子公司昌宏农业拟与清水县政府签订投资协议书，拟投资5000万元设立清水众兴菌业科技有限公司，并由其实施“年产6吨冬虫夏草工厂化仿生培育项目”。该项目预计投资总额为2.5亿元，项目满产后，预计实现年销售收入2.62亿元，年净利润约6500万元。
