据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2024年10月15日，欧盟委员会发布公告称，于2024年10月14日对原产于中国的铝散热器（Aluminium Radiators）作出第二次反倾销日落复审终裁：若取消现行反倾销措施，涉案产品的倾销以及该倾销对欧盟产业造成的损害将会继续或再度发生，因此决定继续对涉案产品征收反倾销税。
