【财华社讯】伟鸿集团控股(03321.HK)公布，姍桃丝因决定将更多时间投入其他社会工作承担，已提请辞任公司独立非执行董事及审核委员会主席，自2024年10月14日起生效。于姍桃丝辞任后，独立非执行董事黎志良将获委任为审核委员会主席，自2024年10月14日起生效。
董事会进一步宣布，自2024年10月9日起，赵智华已获委任为执行董事；及林柏森已获委任为独立非执行董事及审核委员会成员。
