10月9日，据崂综法罚字〔2024〕第040194号;2024年09月14日查，当事人潍坊明靖建筑工程有限公司在海安路2号金海湾小区67号楼未按照规定取得证明，在噪声敏感建筑物集中区域夜间进行产生噪声的建筑施工作业。
青岛市崂山区综合行政执法局对潍坊明靖建筑工程有限公司处以罚款1万元。
