观点网讯：10月8日，澳门统计暨普查局发布最新数据，2024年6月至8月澳门整体住宅楼价指数为214.5，较上一期下降0.9%，同比去年同期下降13.6%。
其中，澳门半岛和路氹区的指数分别下跌1.0%和0.2%。与去年同期相比，澳门半岛和路氹区的指数跌幅分别为13.9%和12.1%。
