证券时报e公司讯，运机集团(001288)10月7日晚间公告，公司拟通过现金或其他方式购买山东欧瑞安电气有限公司（简称“欧瑞安”）部分股权，并达到控股欧瑞安的目的。欧瑞安系国内最早从事低速大扭矩永磁同步电动机系统研发及产业化的企业之一。若本次收购完成，在弥补公司在电机制造与研发领域空缺的同时，可进一步提升公司的盈利能力与营运效率。
