格隆汇9月27日丨欧克科技(001223.SZ)公布，为实施公司新材料发展战略，公司拟对先平印务增资700万元，其中180万元计入注册资本，剩余520万元计入资本公积。本次增资后，先平印务的注册资本将由人民币1870万元变更为人民币2050万元，增资后公司持有1050万元注册资本，持股比例为51.22%。
