滨海能源9月24日公告，公司拟将持有的天津新华印务有限公司全部股权（持股比例为26.01%）以1321.26万元转让给股东天津京津文化传媒发展有限公司。本次交易对手方过去十二月内曾为公司持股5%股东，构成关联交易。本次交易不构成重大资产重组、重组上市。
