恒逸石化9月23日公告，公司拟以现金方式购买控股股东浙江恒逸集团有限公司（简称“恒逸集团”）持有的浙江恒逸瀚霖企业管理有限公司（简称“恒逸瀚霖”）25%股权。收购总价款参照标的公司在评估基准日2024年8月31日的评估价值，确定25%股权的最终实际成交价格按照3.15亿元执行，公司以现金方式支付。
