22日，比利时首都布鲁塞尔迎来一年一度的“无车日”。从早上九点半到晚上七点，除公共交通、出租车、旅游巴士、紧急情况和公共服务车辆外，所有道路禁止私家车通行，市内公共交通可免费乘坐。
