黄华（应为“黄骅”）市全*物流院内存储了二十多万吨固废钢渣，并在无任何手续的情况下加工固废钢渣，对周边环境造成了极大的污染，该黑窝点还在正在加工固废钢渣，加工设备也未拆除。
