格隆汇9月20日丨鑫苑服务(01895.HK)公告，于2024年9月20日，河南优晟(公司间接全资附属公司)与郑州星空订立了郑州星空电影院租赁服务协议，据此，河南优晟将就该商用物业向郑州星空提供有关营运电影城的租赁服务，固定期限由2024年9月20日起开始，直至2027年9月19日结束(包括首尾两日)。
