9月18日，陕西建工集团股份有限公司发布公告，宣布齐伟红正式担任公司董事会秘书一职。根据公告，齐伟红的聘任是在2024年8月29日的董事会会议上审议通过的，任期将从董事会审议通过之日起至第八届董事会任期届满之日止。其任职资格备案也已通过上海证券交易所的审核，无异议通过。
