证券时报e公司讯，中指法拍数据库监测，截至8月底，2024年全国法拍市场挂拍各类法拍房源数量累计50.3万套，累计成交拍品数量约10.9万套，清仓率21.6%，总成交金额2087.9亿元；成交量较2023年同期10.6万套增加约3.1%，同期总成交金额2168.7亿元，减少约3.7%。各能级城市中，一线北上广深4个城市1-8月法拍住宅清仓率42.4%，累计成交4216套，成交金额291.9亿元。
