【9 月 16 日，上海防汛指挥部消息】截至 16 日 12 时 30 分，上海全市房屋受损 4 间，受伤人员 1 人。树木倒伏或折断超万株，累计供电中断 153 处，农田受淹 800 余亩。交通方面，取消铁路客运 577 列次，取消航班 1461 班次，取消轮船航班 39 班次。上海全市景区公园共关闭 139 个，关闭东海大桥、大桥共两座。
