【9 月 14 日，辽宁省大连市相关部门发布通知优化房地产市场政策措施】2024 年 9 月 15 日至 2024 年 9 月 30 日，在大连市秋季房交会期间，个人购买中山区、西岗区、沙河口区、甘井子区参展项目新建商品房，含新建商品住房和新建非住宅商品房，并于 10 月 25 日前完成商品房买卖合同网签备案的，在取得不动产权证后，按成交价的 1%给予购房补贴。
