据“上海临港”微信公众号消息，9月12日，临港新片区管委会与渣打集团旗下SCV Research & Development Pte Ltd.艾司维研究与开发有限公司签署战略合作协议。艾司维公司将在临港新片区设立中国子公司，子公司平台名为“通世创联”（TASConnect）。
