财联社9月12日电，联合国利比亚支助特派团（联利支助团）11日当天表示，利比亚国民代表大会和最高国务委员会代表在任命利比亚中央银行行长和董事会之前的过渡阶段的一般原则方面取得了进展。双方同意于当地时间12日恢复磋商，以达成最终协议方案。
