财联社9月9日电，美联物业称，上周多个新盘部署推出，抢去部分市场焦点，加上台风来袭阻碍二手交投，35屋苑买卖宗数再度回落。综合美联分行资料显示，全港35个大型屋苑过去一周(9月2日至9月8日)合共录41宗成交，较前一周67宗按周回落约38.8%。
