证券时报e公司讯，9月7日，京东落地河南的首个县域智慧物流港项目——京东（邓州）智慧物流港正式开园。据了解，京东（邓州）智慧物流港项目，总投资6.1亿元，用地规模186.13亩，建筑面积15万平方米。目前，已入驻包括京东在内的圆通、韵达、极兔等4家品牌快递企业，累计使用面积近5万平方米。
