9月6日，2024界面REAL科技大会上，百度集团资深副总裁何明科在演讲中指出，互联网赋能医疗行业的难点在于，大部分行业消费者、付费者、决策者是一个人，但医疗行业不同，消费者是患者，决策者是医生、医院，付费者是医保或者商保。这个行业天然是三维分离的，要达到三者利益的协调和统一很难。
