报告显示，2024年7月，香港私人住宅落成量为1608伙，较上月增长13.6%，为2024年1月以来单月最高。
2024年1至7月，私人住宅累计落成量为8703伙，同比增长13.3%，占全年预测落成量22267伙的39.1%。
