9月5日消息，橡树资本的Howard Marks表示，美联储降息后，美国利率将在3%至4%的区间。 橡树资本联合董事长兼联合创始人Marks周四在墨尔本的一次会议上表示，美联储将把利率从紧急时的5.25%、5.5%，下调至3%一线。他也强调，自己认为利率将保持在3%一线，不会回到零、0.5%或1%。（彭博）
