日本厚生劳动省9月5日公布，7月份实际现金收入同比增长0.4%，工人实际薪资连续第二个月上升，虽然增长速度较前一个月略有放缓，但仍高于普遍预期的下降0.6%。这一结果将使日本央行保持在今年晚些时候可能再次加息的轨道上。此前6月份实际现金收入27个月来首次上升。
