金融界9月3日消息，激智科技公告称，公司收到持股5%以上的股东俞根伟的减持计划告知函。俞根伟拥有公司1527.24万股，占公司股份总数的比例为5.79%。俞根伟计划在2024年9月27日起的三个月内以大宗交易方式减持股份，减持数量不超过263.74万股。本次拟减持的股份占公司总股本的比例不超过1.01%。减持原因主要是个人资金需求。
