近日，博主“猪蹄爱上香菜”分享原生家庭遭遇走红，引发不少网友同情。随后有网友扒出其在评论区回复网友，疑似忘记切换小号，质疑其内容为剧本编排。8月30日，博主本人回应：承认“忘切小号”为事实，并向网友道歉，同时恳请网友停止造谣。
