眼里的CPP是怎样的

Hello everyone, my name is Dawei and I come from Cameroon. In 2018, after obtaining a master's degree from Nankai University in Tianjin, I joined CPP and officially became an employee of CPP Chad.

大家好，我叫大伟，来自喀麦隆。2018年，我在天津南开大学获得硕士学位后加入了CPP，正式成为管道局乍得国家公司的员工。

After completing systematic training in Langfang city, I was assigned to Chad and joined On-site HSE department. My role involved assisting the HSE department supervisor with editing and translating safety training materials for local employees, participating in various on-site emergency drills, translating safety documents, and handling communication between CPP and CNPCIC’s international supervisors regarding campsite inspection work. Currently, I am involved in the finance department, administration department and contract department within the project team.

在廊坊经过系统性培训后，我被分配到乍得，参与项目上HSE部门的工作，协助HSE部门主管完成针对属地员工的各类安全培训资料的编辑和翻译工作、参与现场HSE部各种应急演练工作、HSE部门各类安全文件的翻译、CPP与中国石油外籍监管人员的沟通协调等。目前，我在项目部参与财务部门、行政部门和合同部门的工作。

One of the most memorable experiences in CPP was witnessing the resilience and dedication of CPP employees in both their personal lives and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. When the pandemic first hit Chad, the camps were placed under lockdown. The shortage of protective materials and testing facilities, and the delay or cancellation of flights back to their home countries brought significant anxiety among the staff. I was in charge of purchasing preventive and protective supplies and testing materials, and I tried my best to ensure that no one in the CPP family contracted the novel corona virus.

一路走来，给我留下最深刻印象的就是新冠疫情下CPP人的生活和工作状态。在疫情刚开始的时候，乍得各营地实行了封闭管理。防疫物资和检测机构短缺，回国航班推迟或者取消，给项目员工们的内心带来了一定的焦虑。我负责购买防疫物品和检测物资，尽量让CPP这个大家庭无一人感染新冠。

After three years of fighting the pandemic, we finally emerged from it. Seeing everyone in good health gave me a great sense of accomplishment in my work, as well as admiration for each and every one of CPP's overseas employees, whose spirit and perseverance continue to inspire me.

经过三年的抗疫，我们终于摆脱了疫情的困扰，看见项目上的每名员工都很健康，我对自己的工作有了一种成就感，同时也很敬佩CPP的每一名员工，他们不服输、努力拼搏的精神一直鼓励着我。

Due to the epidemic, I was unable to return to China or to the company's headquarters for four years. In 2024，I was thus very happy and excited to be able to return to China to take part in the CPP international company's New Year Gala and perform for everyone. I would like to thank all the leaders for the trust they placed in me and for the attention and support they gave me during my month-long stay in Langfang. It is truly worthwhile working hard everyday during rehearsals to ensure the success of our program and the entire show.

由于疫情原因，我一直没回到中国和管道局总部。2024年,我有机会再次来到中国，参加管道局国际公司新春联欢会，给大家表演时我很开心。我特别感谢各位领导对我的信任，以及同事们对我各方面的关心和支持。回想起我们每天努力排练节目的情景，大家为了保证演出成功，晚会更加精彩，是一个非常有价值的事情。

Whether in work or in life, every day I spend in CPP is an enriching and happy experience, and I am very proud to be part of CPP.

无论是工作还是生活，我在CPP度过的每一天都是充实而快乐的，我为能在CPP工作而感到自豪。
