证券时报e公司讯，日前，全球首颗采用嵌入式RRAM（Resistive Random Access Memory，阻变存储器）存储技术AMOLED显示驱动芯片完成开发和认证。该新型嵌入式RRAM显示驱动芯片由存储器设计公司睿科微电子提供技术支持，由北方华创提供刻蚀和薄膜设备及工艺解决方案。
