格隆汇8月26日丨润迈德-B(02297.HK)公告，张亮因打算履行其他承诺且需要为其家人投入更多时间，已辞任公司执行董事、首席财务官及根据上市规则第3.05条项下的授权代表职务。于张亮辞任执行董事、首席财务官及授权代表职务后，张亮将留任公司联席公司秘书。霍云龙已获委任为非执行董事，自2024年8月26日起生效。
