格隆汇8月25日｜伟禄集团(1196.HK)预期，截至今年6月底止中期将录得股东应占净亏损介乎5亿至5.2亿港元；去年同期股东应占纯利约4860万港元。集团于今年上半年录得亏损，主要是投资物业公平价值变动的亏损约2.11亿港元；去年同期投资物业公平价值变动的收益约4.34亿港元。按照集团会计政策就应收贸易账项的预期信贷亏损作出拨备约7900万港元。
