21岁的佩罗内来自阿根廷，主要司职后腰，也可踢中前卫，他在2023年1月从萨斯菲尔德转会加盟曼城，费用1100万欧元，上赛季他被外租到拉斯帕尔马斯。
现在，他以租借形式加盟科莫，效力至本赛季结束。
