观点网讯：8月22日，建溢集团发布公告称，其撤销股份在联交所的上市地位预计将于8月23日下午四时生效。
此前，建溢集团与要约人Resplendent Global Limited联合宣布，法院已于2024年8月16日（星期五）（百慕达时间）批准了该计划，且计划内容并无修订。
