财联社8月20日电，铭利达公告，公司总经理陶诚和副总经理张贤明自愿放弃2024年7月1日至2024年12月31日期间在公司领取的薪酬。其中陶诚放弃的基本薪酬为48万元，效益年薪为8万元至64万元；张贤明放弃的基本薪酬为36万元，效益年薪为6万元至18万元。
