8月19日，网易云音乐就基础设施故障发布声明称，没有删库，没有跑路，故障已陆续修复。此外，网易云音乐还公布了补偿方案：8月20日0-24时，云音乐搜“畅听音乐”，用户可领取7天会员权益。
