在广州，首套房贷利率已经下降到2.9%，接近公积金贷款的2.85%。国有大行的房贷利率仍在3%以上，其中中农工建的首套房贷利率为3.1%，交行为3.15%。目前，只有3家银行的首套房贷利率低于3%，其中汇丰银行最低，为2.9%；渣打银行和广州银行的首套房贷利率为2.95%。
